Thomas Hayden and Polly Willet were the parents of thirteen children, ten sons
and 3 daughters, namely, Samuel, William, James, George, John Joseph, Ann
(Yeager), Elizabeth (Pierceall), Thomas, Henry, Wilford, Philip, Mary (Ryan),
and Bennett. All of their children were born in Washington Co, KY, the first,
Samuel in 1803 and the last, Bennett, in 1830. In the burial register of St.
Rose Church, Springfield, Washington Co., KY, Polly (Willett) Hayden is listed
as having been buried in the church cemetery on 6 Oct 1831.

died in St. Mary's Hospital, E. St. Louis, IL, about 17 hours after being
admitted for tests. She was buried in St. John's Cemetery, Collinsville, IL.

!PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: she was 5'3" tall, blue-grey eyes, medium blond hair,
weighed about 80 lbs when she died. She said she never weighed over 100 lbs
except when she was pregnant.
