Haplotype Clustering Display
by Gene Stark (gene@starkeffect.com)

Each individual haplotype is represented by a colored dot. The program tries to place the dots within the color wheel in such a way that the genetic distance between haplotypes is reflected as closely as possible in the separation between the dots in the color wheel. Moving the mouse over a dot or an identifier will display information about the participant with that haplotype and their most distant known ancestor. The animation can be re-run to find somewhat different color assignments.
